From Durable Solutions to Emergency Response - Darfur Case

To this end, predictable, and sustainable humanitarian access to affected populations was fundamental in order to assess humanitarian needs and to conduct the necessary surveys to gauge the intentions of IDPs with regard to durable solutions options.
