R&T experts have a deep understanding of the governance and socio-economic challenges in regions facing high levels of migration and displacement, particularly in contexts where the response to mixed migration flows is complicated by development gaps, weak governance, climate change and/or conflict. We identify and analyse challenges to which the public sector, civil society and local communities may seek to respond through emergency and development programming. We provide services in both emerging and longstanding migration and displacement crises, including durable solutions such as socioeconomic development and governance programming.

We have substantial experience in developing and implementing programmes to address both the underlying issues behind human trafficking as well as its impact. We benefit from the support of a broad network of experts from public institutions, including law enforcement agents, and can tap into a pool of consultants with longstanding protection experience. Our approach involves consultations with public institutions, and field assessments in close contact with affected people, enabling us to assist our clients in analysing the situation and planning the best response.
